You must register and be approved as a customer in order to download the software and documentation. Datasheets can be downloaded by visitors.

3. APPLICATION SOFTWARE

The Protocol Insight application software for the Falcon and Raptor exerciser analyzer instruments require prerequisite applications. The “Required Prerequisite” software must be downloaded separately and installed in the order listed below.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- If you are installing the application software for unlicensed offline use only, you do not need to install the Visual Studio components.
- After both SQL and Visual Studio have been installed, install the Falcon/Raptor application and configure the SQL database and Visual Studio.
- The software release may include firmware updates for your Falcon/Raptor instrument. The installer will prompt you to disconnect the Falcon or Raptor instrument so it can install the new firmware. The update will be completed after the PC is reconnected to the instrument and the power cycle completes.
