Release Notes: Protocol Insight® Falcon G600 Series Exerciser Analyzer
The software and hardware teams are actively working to introduce new features in the G600R and G650R instruments. However, there are still several unresolved issues, and some major functions are not yet available. Below is a list of functions that are currently NOT supported; these functions will be available in future releases.

- Showing G6 ADAPT packets in TFS viewer
- Exerciser
- TFS Error Insertion
- CTS Test Cases – UniPro CTS V2.0 all test operational except:
- 1.12.8
- 4.2.2
V6.0.20 – August 20, 2026
- Known Issues:
- Credit Mode 32 does not work
- The timestamps may be incorrect this will cause the data to not be correctly interleaved
- 0x5c may occasionally be seen at the end of a burst, in a red packet
- If Trace Validation cancels before it finishes, try running it again
- Exerciser mode:
- Unable to access any CPORT except 1 via a DME READ/Write
Corrected Issues and Bug Fixes:
- Updated instrument firmware to Version 0x8153002E012A
- UniPro CTS 1.11.3 where x2 lanes would not pass
- Low Speed Link Startup would not complete in some cases

Known Issues:
· Credit Mode 32 does not work

· UniPro 1.11.3 does not pass in X2

Corrected Issues and Bug Fixes:
- Updated Instrument FPGA to Version 0x8149002E011F
- Fixed Exerciser ADAPT
- Fixed Analyzer showing garbage packets in UniPro during G6 ADAPT
- Fixed an issue that would disable apply button when creating an advanced cal
- Added new TX EQTR Settings to allow TX Voltage swings to be set for each lane.
- Block Type and Parameter Fields in TFS decode are colored to match the UniPro packet type
- Updates to the default layout of the application
- Corrected warnings when applying advanced calibration
- Fixed an issue where Message Console messages were not displayed.
- Corrected an issue in our UniPro stack where LS LSS may not complete in Exerciser mode
- Analyzer will track EQTR
- Fixed an issue that resulted in an unnecessary boot before stim tests when using “Start All”
- Fixed a delay when unloading from Start All with no TFS data
- Fixed an issue where the Eye Bin Viewer wculd slow the app when enabled
- Added RAD Data unload when Running All
